Overview
This activity is a M&M series that will allow multi-specialty physicians and interdisciplinary learners treating patients with cardiothoracic disease to learn and apply current standards of care protocols, techniques, and diagnostic skills. It allows learners the opportunity for cross- specialty learning and communication in order to collaborate on development of treatment plans in a team environment. 

Objective(s): 1 Apply lessons learned from the review of patient morbidity and mortality. 2 Evaluate opportunities to improve standards of care, treatment errors and how to avoid those errors in practice. 3 Examine a succinct overview of a patient's condition and/or complications then analyze corresponding literature.
