This activity will focus on a review of healthcare legislation changes at the state and national levels and how they impact the delivery of healthcare while not diminishing the quality of patient care. Additionally we will focus on how these new changes will be implemented in our practice.

1. Examine the various legislative viewpoints of governing bodies in order to make appropriate decisions concerning healthcare service and offerings.
2. Analyze expected implications and decipher possible misunderstandings related to healthcare legislation.
3. Develop structured guidelines that can be applied to clinical practice and patient care.

 

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations received in writing no less than 20 days before the course will be refunded, less a 20% administrative fee. No refunds will be made on cancellations received after that date. Please send cancellation requests to [email protected].

HCA Healthcare reserves the right to cancel or postpone this program if necessary; in the event of cancellation, course fees will be fully refunded. We are not responsible for other costs incurred such as non-refundable airline tickets or hotel penalties.
