It is designed for newer CMOs and consists of 4 main sessions with brief segments in between the main sessions. Participants will participate in 360 assessments and executive coach debriefs, peer insight teams and culminating project presentations.

Objective(s): 1 Assess their personal leadership strengths through a close review and debrief of their 360s, Strengths and TEIQue assessments. They will apply their self-awareness and new personal insights to leading with greater confidence and intentionality. They will develop and strengthen their communication skills to be able to lead with greater impact and presence. 2 Apply their new skills to convene and influence teams. These skills include the ability to utilize strategic connections, build and manage high-performing teams, and lead key change initiatives to meet the evolving needs of the healthcare landscape. 3 Incorporate strategic alignment across stakeholders and organizational entities through their ability to articulate strategic vision, utilize precise communication, and to develop vision into action. 4 Drive operational excellence through their ability to utilize data with a focus on performance outcomes, manage through critical disruptions, and drive shared accountability and measurable impact.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations received in writing no less than 20 days before the course will be refunded, less a 20% administrative fee. No refunds will be made on cancellations received after that date. Please send cancellation requests to [email protected].
