What's Changing

We're improving the way you access your account by transitioning to hStream, HealthStream's secure, modern authentication platform. After this change, you'll log in using your HealthStream ID (hStream ID) instead of your current username and password.

Why We're Making This Change

• Improved Security: hStream uses advanced authentication methods to better protect your account.
• Simplified Access: Use one login across multiple HealthStream applications.
• Future-Ready: Enables easier integration with new tools and services as they become available.
  
  

What You'll Need to Do

Depending on your current setup, you may need to take one of the following actions:

• If you already have an hStream ID and CloudCME Account: Simply use your hStream ID to log in after the transition date.
  • If your hStream ID email and CloudCME email match, your accounts will automatically be linked together.
  • If your hStream ID email and CloudCME email are different, please contact support so your account can be merged.
• If you don't have an hStream ID yet:
  • You'll be able to create one the first time you log in. You'll just need access to your existing email address, setup only takes a minute.
    
    

What to Expect During the Transition

• Your course history, certificates, and progress will not be affected.
• You will notice a new login screen branded with hStream.
• Once your hStream ID is created, you’ll use it moving forward for all logins.
  
  

Frequently Asked Questions

Will my current login still work?
No, after the transition date, all users will log in using their hStream ID. If you do not have one, you will need to create one.

What if I forget my hStream password?
You can reset it anytime from the login screen by selecting “Forgot Password.”

Yes, this upgrade ensures continued access and security for all users.
